IRS begins 2024 tax season; urges extra caution for taxpayers to file accurate tax returns electronically to speed refunds, avoid delays!

2024 1040’s are due April 15th, 2025

2024 1120S’s and 1065’s are due March 17th, 2025

2024 1120’s are due April 15th, 2025

Individual extensions are due October 15th, 2025!

S-Corporate and Partnership extensions are due September 15th, 2025

C-Corporate returns are due October 15, 2025

4th QTR ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS ARE DUE JANUARY 15th!

We will be open by APPOINTMENTS ONLY!

Due to COVID-19, we are still requesting that if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is not feeling well, to please wear a face mask during your appointment!

We have started scheduling short 15 minute intake appointments to drop off documents or to sign completed taxes, if needed only, for those who cannot email or mail your documents to us. We do require 1 person per appointment, no children allowed in the office. We also request that you print and bring with you a completed intake sheet. This will save time during appointment.

If you have questions, we can discuss those by phone, just let your intake person know to have your Preparer call you when completing your return.

UPDATE: MN 2023 Tax Rebate of $260.00 is considered taxable income on your 2023 tax return and must be reported. MN Frontline Worker Pay in the amount of $487.45, received in 2022 is considered taxable on the Federal side. Please make sure to inform us, during intake, if you have received this payment for yourself and/or your spouse.
